Questions
Do my drivers need to learn a new app?
No. Approved routes are written back into Jobber, so drivers open the Jobber app they already use and work down their day in order.
What if I don't like the route it builds?
Drag stops into a different order, or move one to the other driver. Times and drive distances update as you go, and nothing is sent to Jobber until you approve.
Will it change my Jobber data without asking?
Never. RugRoutes reads your jobs to plan the day, and only writes scheduled times and driver assignments when you click Approve.
What happens when a job changes after I've approved?
You'll see a banner telling you how many jobs moved. Re-optimize what's left of the day in a couple of seconds - finished stops stay put.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. Connect your Jobber account, set your shop address, and you're routing. The fields RugRoutes needs are added to your Jobber jobs automatically.
I'm not a rug cleaner. Will it work for my business?
